i. How do I register?

To register for the 1st Public Health Conference -Kenya 2023, click on the following link register and key in your details. Select whether you are registering as an individual or as a corporate company then proceed. 

ii. Can I register and participate if I am not submitting a paper?

Yes.

iii. What does my registration fee cover?

Registration fee covers access to all congress sessions and events, condensed papers book and other conference materials, a free poster stand for reviewed and approved posters, morning and afternoon tea breaks, lunches and field visit costs only.

iv. What is the cancellation policy on registration fee paid?

Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute delegate at no extra cost. However, should there be any cancellation you are requested to notify us by email via publichealthconference@photc.org. In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:

  1. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
  2. Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
  3. Registration cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

i. Where can I exhibit my products?

There will be exhibition booths provided at the congress venue for those who have made reservations. Please indicate that you require a booth(s) on the online registration form.
Note: Option only available in company registration form. For individuals who need exhibition booths, kindly send us an email on publichealthconference@photc.org

ii. What is the size of the exhibition booth?

The exhibition booth includes: 3m x 3m space, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 power outlet and 2 spotlights
